encouraged, Please call us to set an appointment so we may be certain
your item will be ready for you, and we can guarantee the manpower
to assist you in loading oversize items will be available when you
arrive. Personalized maps & driving directions to our shop for
customer pickups are available on our website. TRUCK FREIGHT Oversize items and items weighing
more than 100 pounds will always need to ship via truck freight carrier. A phone number is required for all truck freight shipments.
Truck freight shipments MUST be shipped to a business address (with either a
designated loading dock or forklift offloading) OR to a local
freight service terminal (please call us to determine your most convenient
pickup location if you do not have access to a business location for delivery
of your freight) Shipping prices do not include liftgate, limited access,
secure (military base or government facility) delivery or any
additonal services, all accomodations made after pricing is quoted will
result in additonal pricing. Residential delivery is available also but
we do not suggest this to our customers as the truck freight companies will
usually charge a ridiculous $75-$150 fee on top of their
regular freight fees for this service, many times this service will
double the cost of your shipment! DAMAGED IN TRANSIT All items should be inspected in the presence of the driver at
the time of delivery and any shipping damage should be reported to the delivery
driver immediately. If a container should arrive in an open, bent,
crushed, or torn condition, please take a digital picture of the container as
it is , then open the container and immediately check for missing or damaged
items. Have the driver notate any damage or loss on your the claim
ticket and contact us right away (preferably via email or telephone with
copies of your photos and the drivers written admission) so we
may speed our claim process with the carrier, and get replacement parts out
to you very quickly. INCOMPLETE ORDER Please inspect the
contents of the container upon arrival and verify the information included on
your invoice. Please be sure to check the packaging material for small
items as well. Many times we pack smaller items inside of larger items
for protection in transit. If you discover your order is incomplete,
please call us immediately.
If you disagree with any
of our terms please do not buy our items! Item
Condition For Used Parts Please don't buy used
parts and expect them to be perfect. If you need perfect, please buy
brand new Ford OEM original equipment parts. Beware of cheap
reproduction parts manufactured overseas, they may appear to be a bargain at
first glance, but to avoid lawsuits from Ford they cannot ever be
manufactured to exact Ford specifications and you may find that
their fit, finish, and function, will only bring you
extreme frustration in the long run. FEEDBACK: We take pride in our 100% positive feedback score and
would appreciate it if you would call us and allow us the opportunity to work
out any issues that may arise with our transaction with you prior to any
neutral or negative feedback being left. Remember, we are here to serve you

to us. PRESTIGE WARRANTY All
used parts are guaranteed to be in good working order. If you receive a
defective part please call us immediately so we may arrange for a replacement
part to be sent to you. If we do not have a suitable replacement item
in stock we will either issue a back-order store credit and send you out a
replacement part when one becomes available or refund your credit card
whichever you prefer. All engines carry a
90-day, unlimited mileage warranty. All engines are
warranted against excessive oil use, excessive smoking, rod knock, cracked
block, cracked heads, & bad crankshafts, unless otherwise noted at the
time of sale. Warranty will be voided without proof of oil changes at 3000
mile intervals. Engine assemblies are limited to block & cylinder heads
as a unit with valve covers & oil pan. All engine accessories, fuel
systems, distributors, carburetors, idle valves, throttle bodies wiring,
exhaust manifolds, alternators, smog pumps, power steering pumps, & air
conditioning compressors are not covered under this warranty but may be
included on some engine assemblies to make installation easier. All transmissions
(automatic or manual) carry a 90-day, unlimited mileage warranty. Automatic
transmissions are sold as an assembly including torque converter. All shift
cables, modulator valves, electrical switches & shift levers are not
included in sale of automatic transmissions. Manual transmissions are also
sold as an assembly. All bell housings, shifters & shifter linkages are
not included in the sale of manual transmission. All overdrive transmissions
must have all adjustments set by a certified transmission shop immediately
upon installation or warranty will be voided. Automatic transmissions must
have the converter installed all the way into front pump before installation.
Improper installation will void warranty. Warranty does not include abusive treatment,
such as improper shifting or racing of any kind. All returns may be
disassembled for inspection before replacements are made. Transmissions with
broken gears will not be warranted. Warranty does not include
leaks. All rear axle assemblies
carry a 90-day, unlimited mile warranty. All rear axle assemblies are
warranted against bent housings, bent axle shafts or noisy bearings. All used Tires, Seat
Belts, Airbags and Electrical parts are sold as-is with no implied
warranty or guarantee & therefore cannot be returned, or exchanged
for any reason. Return

are no refunds on used parts, special order parts, or electrical parts. New
parts must be returned in intact, unopened, factory sealed, packaging
within thirty (30) days & will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
