Detailed Returns Policy:

You may return any item purchased from goLOCO that is dead on arrival, wrong item shipped, not as described, arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened factory sealed packaging, for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

You may return any used item (other than media) only if it is dead on arrival, wrong item shipped, not as described or in damaged condition. Buyers remorse returns of used items are subject to a restocking fee.

To protect our customers and ourselves from fraud. If your item is a high value and/or high fraud risk item and/or being delivered to a perceived or real high fraud risk location, the delivery method chosen by us may contain a signature requirement.

We are offering free shipping on everything no matter how much it costs us. The trade off is if there is a return for a refund, return shipping is borne upon the buyer under any and all circumstances. We do not provide return shipping labels. Any refund due will be applied upon the return and reinspection of the item and the completeness and condition of the return. Normal turnaround for a return refund or exchange is 7 days after the item is received by us.

goLOCO does not offer a warranty beyond a DEAD ON ARRIVAL warranty, nor do we imply the manufacturer will honor their warranty on any item we sell via goLOCO. Even if the default description states (in error) a warranty is included. There are 3rd party warranty providers availible for extended warranties. We suggest Squaretrade.

goLOCO reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts or orignial retail packaging, damaged in return shipping or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item. If the item serial number does not match our records or has been tampered with there will be no refund processed.

GOLOco does not accept returns of any item for any reason more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
