Transmissions are sold with a 60-day money-back warranty. NO warranty on gaskets, seals, lines, coolers or electronic parts such as boxes and sensors. The warranty does not cover labor under any circumstance. Transmissions must be installed to current OEM specifications for a new transmission install. Transmissions must be installed by a Certified Mechanic. Failure to flush and flow-test the system on your vehicle will void your warranty. |

Freight items are shipped via multiple different carriers. Please use the freight calculator located within the listing to determine the costs. Please note that the cheapest shipping will always be to a commercial address that can unload the item with a loading dock or fork truck. If you do not have access to that type of business we can also locate shipping terminals in your area where you can pick the item up at, please e-mail or call with your zip code to determine availability and costs.
For items being shipped freight it is very important that we have a good working phone number so we can set up freight between you and the freight company. You should include this phone number either in the PayPal note section or by calling us at 800 392 5595 x229 at time of purchase.
Local pick-up is also available. Please keep in mind that the item MUST be paid for in advance unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by our staff. Please e-mail or phone prior to coming to pick up your item.
We DO NOT allow customers to arrange their own shipping.
Items will be shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas are within 5 days.
If an item arrives damaged, please phone IMMEDIATELY.
Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to orders that are placed and paid by going through eBay. If an order is placed any other way then please provide us with your email at the time of order so we can enter it into our shipping system.
