/ At this time, we only ship within US. A valid and physical US shipping address is required for delivery. Delivery to APO/FPO or P.O BOX via our carriers is unavailable at the moment. All merchandises will be shipped to the address you provide via eBay or PayPal profile.

/ If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee and the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.

Step 1. Contact us via eBay messaging or E-mail, please make sure to include your eBay ID or Item#.

Step 2. Provide us pictures to our email as evidence of actual condition of arrived item, and we'll verify that.

Step 3. Wait for our verification and we'll advice on return/exchange/reship/refund.

Step 4. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process return/exchange/reship/refund.

/ All returns MUST be approved before you ship any item back to us. A return label must be issued by REDLINE AUTO PARTS.

/ Any unscheduled or unapproved returns will be shipped back to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

/ It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to signing off package. We are not responsible for any damage whether before or after installment.

/ To report fitment issue, a fitment report must be completed and consigned by certified Collision or Body Shop. Please email the fitment report along with images.

/ Very rarely, our items may be damaged in some non-obvious way (e.g.: manufacture defects or hidden damage). If you happen to receive such an item, please contact us.

 
/ Ordering Process: Once your payment clears, We will pick up your order from the factory. If product is in stock at the factory warehouse, it will be picked up and shipped out between 3-5 business days from the day your payment clears. If is not in stock, we will call you within 3 business days. You can choose to Wait, Exchange or Cancel your order. Full refund will be given if you decide to cancel. After the item is shipped, the shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery time, the package must be signed for.

/ Guaranteed fitment policy, if there is a fitment issue please contact us. We will need you to send in pictures of the the parts and show us what is the problem first. A copy of the business license from the body shop who is doing the installation. If the parts is defective after reviewing of the info you provided we will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad product and ship out new product.

/ All parts must be prepped and installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with fiberglass car parts including but not limited to cutting, filling, sanding, and shaving. Extra fees can be incurred for proper fitment. All parts are for off-road and show use only. Removal of the bumper reinforcement bars maybe necessary to mount/hang front and rear bumpers, this is done at the buyer/owners own risk, we do not accept liability for injuries resulting from customization of buyer/owners car, this is done at their own risk. You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws.

We try our best to keep all items in warehouse that are posted thru our ads, however, there might be a chance that certain items are sold out before we can stop all our posting ads. If this is the case, we will promptly notify you and offer a waiting time, if you do not wish to wait, we will issue a full refund back to you immediately.

/ Installation instructions are not included. All items are Brand New unless stated otherwise on the listing. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) items with few exceptions. We are not obligated in teaching you how to install. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
