broken items, or if item is in anyway different than represented. This may
include, but not limited to, you shipping back the item at your cost, pictures
of broken item, and statements for mishandled product by shipping services. If
you fail to provide any or all of the above and any other information

CHARGE A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE ON ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AND CANCELLED DUE TO CHANGE
OF MIND OR WHATEVER REASON IF NOT NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE, OR
RETURNED ITEMS IF WE WERE NOT AT FAULT. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!!!!! Please
note, 24 hours starts at time the sale ends. After 23 hours and 59 minutes and
59 seconds are up we charge a re-stocking fee. For example, if you purchase an
item at 3:00 pm on Tuesday and ask to cancel the transaction by 2:59.59 pm on
Wednesday, the next day, you will not be charged a restocking fee. If you
cancel your purchase at 3:00.01 pm you will be charged a restocking fee. We hate to have to make this new policy, but
we are tired of people making purchases and holding our items hostage looking
for a better deal or a comparable item or for whatever reason. If you plan on
holding our items hostage while you continue to shop, we will charge you for
it, no exceptions to the rule!

We normally include insurance
and tracking in our shipping cost. Some items may not be insured because they
are durable or the value is very nominal.

If an item is under 1 pound,
we reserve the right to change shipping from priority to first class mail. The
time frame in the shipping is usually as fast if not faster according to the US
Postal Service.

We ship as quickly
as possible. We will ship your item the next business day if ordered by 4 pm
CST. If ordered after 4 pm CST it could be shipped the business day after that.
Please understand, a business day is Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday
do not qualify as business days, and any recognized government holiday is not a
business day. We cannot ship if the USPS does not pick up that day.

We re-use any box that will
fit an item. Since we have had a customer upset about receiving an item in a
recycled box, it has forced us to state in our policies that your item may be
shipped in a previously used box. We do not always buy new boxes and not all
items will fit into a priority mail box either.

We do not guarantee any item
unless otherwise stated.
·
We will combine shipping
whenever possible.
·
Please allow an extra day to
process any purchased art, as we need to take extra pre-cautions to insure safe
delivery.

Oklahoma customers pay 8.5%
sales tax.
