This is a brand new genuine carpet Loadspace or Cargo Mat for a Land Rover Range Rover P38 SE/HSE (1995-2005).  It has a LAND ROVER insignia in a circle at the bottom of the mat.  It is an OEM piece and is available in ash grey (almost black and shown in the picture).
