You are looking at a brand new genuine burr walnut wood interior facia trim kit for your Land Rover Range Rover P38 (1995-2002).  This kit has been discontinued by Land Rover for a few years now but we were able to get one brand new factory set from our UK supplier.  It is a Left Hand Drive kit, FYI.  It is a six piece set which includes all four door trims, and the two dashboard trims.  When last kit was available the price from US dealers was in the $1600+ range.  Just for laughs call your dealer with the part number if curious.
