All orders must be received by 1:00 PM P.S.T to be shipped the same day, Orders received after 1:00 PM P.S.T will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM P.S.T on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business days excluding major holidays. Chaparral Motorsports' standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via USPS or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address. Shipping available to United States only. Chaparral customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available.
We accept all forms of payment such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Payment should be submitted immediately after purchase or auction ending. Please only bid or buy it now if you really intend to purchase item. Sales Tax: For shipments to CA addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8 % Sales Tax. California Customers Only- Tire sales will have the California Recycle Fee attached to the order. This will require additional payment because eBay does not have the function to add this onto the listing.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges older than 30 days require a return authorization from our customer service department. Please call customer service, 909-889-1302, to receive an approval for your delayed return.
Return Form: Fill out and include the return form with all returns or exchanges. The return form is printed on the reverse side of your packing list.
Returns For Refund: On each item returned for refund instead of exchange, there may be a restocking charge if returned after 30 days. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fee. Returns for refunds can be accepted at Chaparral Motorsports retail store. The refund takes 3-5 days to process.
Exchanges: There is no restocking fee, however the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. Exchanges can be made at Chaparral Motorsports retail store. Bring your packing list enclosed in your shipment.
Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products:Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.
Wrong Item Received: Chaparral Motorsports will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Chaparral Motorsports will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.
Warranty Evaluation: Please call Chaparral customer service at 909-889-1302 before returning a part for warranty. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Chaparral Motorsports customer service representative. If Chaparral accepts the warranty shipment, Chaparral will submit your product to the manufacturer for an evaluation. The product manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
