WARRANTY
All item you are bidding on has a
different Warranty base. Please read it carefully before you purchased.
We have found this to be more than
adequate, as generally if in the very rare event that anything does
go wrong, it will normally happen within the first 30 days
However, in the very unlikely event, that
you feel there is a problem with your purchase, you must inform us
within 3 days of receiving the item.
No warranty claims will be undertaken
after this period, unless arranged with us prior to purchase.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
If you have left "Neutral" or "Negative"
feedback, we will cease All communication, and this will immediately
invalidate any warranty or obligation we have to you. We are here to
help and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase
Any items returned to us, (at our
discretion) for Inspection/Repair/Replacement, are done so at the
buyers expense and risk.
Any items returned to us, that are found
to be faulty will be replaced/repaired and returned to you at our
expense
POSTAL DAMAGE
If you feel that your item has been
damaged in anyway during transit. You should report it to us within
24 hours of being delivered to you.
No claims will be undertaken after this
period, whatsoever.
If you have taken out postal insurance,
you are fully covered against any losses.
It is important that you keep all
packaging and if possible take picture of any damage.
But rest assured this is very rare indeed, if fact out of the 1000+
items we have sent only 3 have been slightly damaged!
