WARRANTY

All item you are bidding on has a    different Warranty base. Please read it carefully before you purchased.

We have found this to be more than    adequate, as generally if in the very rare event that anything does    go wrong, it will normally happen within the first 30 days

However, in the very unlikely event, that    you feel there is a problem with your purchase, you must inform us    within 3 days of receiving the item.

No warranty claims will be undertaken    after this period, unless arranged with us prior to purchase.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

If you have left "Neutral" or "Negative"    feedback, we will cease All communication, and this will immediately    invalidate any warranty or obligation we have to you. We are here to    help and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase

Any items returned to us, (at our    discretion) for Inspection/Repair/Replacement, are done so at the    buyers expense and risk.

Any items returned to us, that are found    to be faulty will be replaced/repaired and returned to you at our    expense

POSTAL DAMAGE

If you feel that your item has been    damaged in anyway during transit. You should report it to us within
24 hours of being delivered to you.

No claims will be undertaken after this    period, whatsoever.

If you have taken out postal insurance,    you are fully covered against any losses.

It is important that you keep all    packaging and if possible take picture of any damage.

But rest assured this is very rare indeed, if fact out of the 1000+     items we have sent only 3 have been slightly damaged!

2)all purchases are shipped within 2 business days of cleared     payment.
3)ground service is estimated at 7 - 12 business days.
4)expedited service is estimated at 3 - 7 days
4)tracking information will be provided on all shipments.
5)no    pick ups/walk-in, only with special arrangement or     appointment.

Terms & Policy
We offer a GUARANTEE against manufacturing defects only. In the rare event of receiving a defective or damaged product Contact us within 3 business days upon received. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, return it within 15 days with original package. Shipping fee is not refundable. It's Buyer responsibility to return unwanted items. Item will be exam base on condition good via mail with the security seal intact (when applicable), for a 100% unit price refund only. Any of return item without original package will be subject 35% restocking fee. Any of installed, used, will not be able apply REFUND for ANY REASON.

Please, must notify us prior to returning any items. no RMA#, result no return, no refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.
