    We Ship By USPS, Fedex, and UPS
    No item that has to be shipped by truck can be shipped internationally.
    International orders normally are delivered in 7-30 days, but we are not responsible for hold up due to customs.
    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

    Domestic Shipping Charges


    Advertised shipping charges apply to the lower 48 states ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Possessions must email for shipping charges.

    Transit time

    Orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment is received. Orders from Saturdays, Sundays and, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Items will be shipped out within 1-2 days once they are processed. The common transit time varies from 3-7 days, depends on the buyer's shipping address.

    Damaged Item, Wrong Item Issues

    If you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get a new item at once. Customers are required to send a email with the nature of the problem, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours. If you can please send a digital picture of the item.
    Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 14 business days for carriers to process the claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier.
    If the customer finds that the item is an incorrect item and/or some of the parts are missing, please contact us immediately. We will be responsible for the return shipping and reshipping fee if we made the mistake.
    Customers MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrival via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

    Return Policy


    We want you to be happy with your experience shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days (minus the shipping/handling charges).
    We have the right at our sole discretion to refuse any return that doesn't follow these terms.
    Any item returned after the 30 days of the receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
