1. Contact BMW LED via eBay messages or text 1(619)792-2872.

2. Get pictures and / or videos showing the defective part(s)  and send them to the email that we will provide you when you contact us.

3. Warranty will be provided as a replacement or a refund which ever the costumer prefers.

4. In the email, include your eBay ID, PayPal email address that you used to receive the order confirmation, and PayPal Unique Transaction ID. Open your PayPal account or the order confirmation you received and click on Details of the transaction of this order, and you will find it as shown below:

5. Give us a detailed explanation of the problem in the email so we can process your replacement or refund faster.

6. Without pictures and / or videos showing the defective/ damaged parts WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY.

7. International customers will be responsible for shipping costs in all situations; buying, returning, and receiving warranty replacements.
