This auction is for a nice straight stock gear shifter shaft that was taken off a very nice 2005 300ex.  This is the portion that your gear shifter tightens on to.  Very easy to replace,,no  engine tear down need, just pop the stator cover off and replace.  We all know  that its a pain to run a stripped shifter and lever,,just wondering when that weld is going to break.   Holds tight to engine and no play.  My parts are not just wiped off they are scrubbed and cleaned, which allows me to correctly inspect, plus it gives you and instant bolt on part.
