This auction is for a nice straight stock gear shifter that was taken off a very nice 2004 300ex.  Shifter works fine, rubber tip is good, and splines and screw are good.  Holds tight to engine and no play.  My parts are not just wiped off they are scrubbed and cleaned, which allows me to correctly inspect, plus it gives you and instant bolt on part.
