Do not accept the postage or delivery, notify the shipping company and notify us via postal at d2power.com please including your payment information and detailed description of your problem. And file the necessary paperwork to claim insurance.
Please not the insurance is only be claimed if you have purchased before shipping and it is claimed by the buyer.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our warehouse (email us for the address) in its original condition (opened or installed products can not be refunded) and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and 20 % restock handling cost).
