Sales Tax
For shipments to Colorado addresses, we are required by State law to collect 2.9% Sales Tax.

Shipping
All items are shipped through UPS ground service to the 48 continental states.  We are able to ship through eBay's Global Shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Greece, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Hungary, Romania, Cyprus, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Malta, Estonia, Slovenia. All items require a physical address for delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship eBay auction items to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Items purchased on eBay must be delivered. You can not pick up an eBay item in our store.

All expedited shipments must be signed for by the customer at time of delivery.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept a return of any item purchased from Tool King provided:

    * You contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item
    * The item is returned in the original packaging and in like-new, resell condition
    * All product manuals, accessories, etc. are included

Please note: Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned and a refund issued for the full purchase price, minus the actual shipping costs.

Non-Defective Items (changed mind, misordered, etc.)
You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items. Upon request, Tool King can provide a flat-rate UPS return shipping label for non-defective merchandise for $10.00 (deducted from refund). For returns of non-defective large item(s), you are responsible for paying return freight. Freight fees on large item range between $50.00 and $500.00

Restocking Fees
In order to keep our prices low, we have to charge a re-stocking fee in certain instances. A restocking fee of up to 35% will be assessed in the following situations:
   * Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used, or damaged condition
   * Orders "Refused" without authorization
   * Returns that were shipped back after 30 days of the date received (Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected)

Product Warranty
All products come with full Manufacturer’s Warranty. Reconditioned items carry a 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty or less.

What are Manufacturer Reconditioned Tools?
Tool King sells brand new and manufacturer reconditioned (refurbished) tools. Both come with a Manufacturer Warranty. Once a product has been returned to a retailer and opened for whatever reason, it cannot be sold as new. It is then returned to the manufacturer and is completely inspected to assure it meets all factory specifications and is then quality checked yet again. Manufacturer-reconditioned tools maintain the highest quality standards. Each tool is thoroughly examined for proper working condition and quality.
