• 30 Day Return Policy on all items. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items unless the item is deemed defective by us.

• The Buyer must contact us before initiating a return and is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We must receive the returned item before shipping a new one

• For international buyers: There will be no refund of the handling charge.

• Most domestic orders will ship within 1 business and will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

• While we always strive to ship our orders same day, sometimes it is just not possible. If you select "Expedited Shipping”, it only refers to the USPS mail class used to ship the item (Priority), it does not refer to order processing time.

• For international buyers: Standard shipping can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. We highly recommend using USPS Priority or Express Mail.

• For international buyers: Once an item leaves US soil it is no longer traceable by the provided tracking number unless you choose USPS Express Mail.
