Green Source Dual Digital EFIE

 “SPLASHPROOF”

EFIE tricks car’s computer to maximize efficiency gains when using HHO hydrogen systems.

The Green Source EFIE works on ALL cars. It is universal fit, handling both Narrow Band and Wide Band Sensors on cars 4, 6 and 8 cylinders.  It can be transferred from one vehicle to any other.  You never have to worry if you have the right EFIE and we offer this feature at no extra cost.

Specifications:

·        Good for all cars with narrow or wide band sensors

·        Dual, Narrow Band EFIE; TRUE digital output (0.2 OR 0.8 Volts)
Digital Output helps prevent false “Check Engine” light message

·        Start Up Delay: soft “ON” transition after 45 seconds, lets your car warm up first.

·        Dual, Wide Band EFIE; Precision Output (0-1500 uA) provides full control over the fuel consumption.

The Green Source Dual Digital EFIE Advantages:

1.      Secure in place

2.      Connect +12 Volt power and Ground.

3.      Follow included instructions to connect the wires to your O2 sensor

Will it work on my car?

Our equipment works for any type of vehicles and any fuel types.

Why trick the computer?

On newer, computerized vehicles, it is possible for the ECU to detect the more efficient combustion created by HHO.  A common result is for the computer to ‘react’ to this leaner fuel-air ratio by adding more fuel, minimizing your efficiency gains.  .

What is EFIE?

EFIE (Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer ) is an electronic signal manipulator that alters the O2 sensor signal, which in turn, prevents the computer from interfering with the operation of HHO.  The Green Source EFIE is the basic unit you need to increase your air-fuel ratio and save fuel in your HHO set up.

Why Do I Want Digital?

Most EFIEs on the market are analog, they simply add a voltage on top of the O2 sensor to trick the computer.  The problem is that you can quickly get “Out of Bounds” with the adjusted voltage and trigger the “Service Engine Soon” light.  Then the computer will ignore this “illegal” sensor voltage, thinking your O2 sensor is malfunctioning, goes into safe mode and consumes even more gasoline. Our digital EFIE is a TRUE digital device telling the computer only to add more fuel or less fuel.  This digital EFIE will not trigger the service engine light.

What is a ProTuner?

HHO will improve your combustion efficiency, yielding better gains in economy.  Greater gains will ALWAYS occur if you lean the air-fuel ratio with electronics.

ProTuner controls the engine sensors to make the car’s computer think it is going down the hill. The condition when the car consumes the least amount of fuel.

ProTuner controls the following sensors:

EFIE

MAP-Manifold Absolute Pressure

IAT-Intake Air Temperature

ECT-Engine Coolant Temperature

Analog-EFIE (rear O2 sensors)

Digital EFIE (strong manipulation for front O2 sensors)

Has a built-in CCPWM

What is a PWM Circuit?

A pulse circuit rapidly turns your generator on/off (30000 times per second).  You get to set the percentage of on time, thereby allowing you to fine tune the HHO flow rate.  Equally important, is your increased ability to control heat.  Hydrogen generators (aka electrolysis) produce substantial heat, which if not controlled or dissipated can build up and boil your water.

Do I Need a PWM?

If you require substantial HHO output, you need a PWM. PWMs control the current inside the generator, thus the HHO flow, and the temperature of the operation.

We strongly recommend using PWM if:

1.   You use KOH or NaOH as an electrolyte

2.   You do not want to risk overheating the hydrogen generator

3.   You live in a warm climate and/or require the generator to be working at higher flow rates, ie. near their capacity.

Why Constant Current Pulse Width Modulation (CCPWM)?

Unlike Regular PWM, CCPWM does NOT allow the HHO generator to keep increasing its HHO output as it warms up and/or on hot days.  Other systems let the HHO keep getting hotter and drawing more current (an issue called “Thermal Runaway”); a condition that leads to boiling the water in the HHO system.  The Green Source CCPWM prevents this problem and is especially important if installing on larger V6/V8 engines.
