These are new genuine Suzuki left side handlebar switch parts for you 1975-1976 RE5, and 1973-1977 GT380, GT550, and GT750. These plastic knobs get brittle over time, crack, fall off, and generally look bad. This set of switch knobs includes new screws, and the brass plates which usually get lost. The set also includes 2 new housing screws. Some later model USA spec bikes have a knob the prevents you from turning the head light off, but these knobs will allow you to turn the lights off when you want. Set includes 2 knobs, 2 brass plates, 2 knob mounting screws, and 2 housing screws. These are current production parts (as compared to NOS parts which are brittle and cracked just from years of storage). The last 2 images shown above show included parts, and an example photo showing a switch with missing knobs.

While you are doing this, it would also be a good time to separate the switch halves and clean out the inside with electrical contact cleaner, or even re-paint the housing. New complete switches are not available from Suzuki any more so taking good care of your current parts will keep your bike functioning properly for years to come.
