Payment Terms & Checkout Procedures
Please use our checkout system to complete payment to insure immediate credit to your account. We will automatically send you an e-mail within an hour of a purchase. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

Our secure checkout will calculate your order total and give you the choice to pay via Major Credit Card, and PayPal. Payment must be made in US funds and only be paid from US banks.

Payment
We accept payment made through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Payment is expected within a couple of days of completing checkout.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is additional and is added to your order total during checkout if shipped inside the state of Texas. State and local taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address entered at time of checkout. Note that taxes are based on order total, including shipping charges.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from USA SuperSale, return it to us within 15 Days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less 15% restocking fee). All returns or exchanges must be received in their original new condition in order to receive refund or proper exchange. Please contact for instructions where to send your return.

Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received, we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. If there are any restocking fees from our distributors, these will be deducted. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.

Damage Policy
Once shipped, the item is out of USA SuperSale's control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If shipment damage occurs enroute to buyer a claim will be filed by USASuperSale upon notification by seller. Notification must be sent to USASuperSale within 48 hours of receipt of item. Notification after this 48 hours will result in loss of claim and monetary consideration for damage. In order for the claim to be valid, the buyer must keep both item and box for presentation to their local postal authorities for damage verification. Buyer must also present clear visible photos via email to USA SuperSale for the claim process. Damage verification photos must be received by USASuperSale within 72 hours of package receipt in order to process any claims. Please contact us, so we can tell you where to send the photos, eBay will not allow us to give out email addresses. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in loss of claim and monetary consideration for damages.

Q: Do you have this item in different part, make, model or colors?
A: USASuperSale carries one of the most extensive selections of factory original equipment, if the item is not listed in eBay, please give us a call. We are constantly adding new product and lines. We are able to get a lot of OEM parts, and are working as fast as we can to get it all out there to the public.

Q. Will this part fit different years and models?
A. Yes, they may.  We only state in the ad what information we have been sent with the product.  The best way to verify if something will fit is by taking your VIN # from your vehicle and calling the local dealership with the OEM part number in the ad.  They will be able to tell you for sure if it will work from the software they have been provided with from the manufacturer.
 
Q. The color in the picture is different than mine. Why?
A.  Please do not go by a picture to determine if a part is the correct color.  Take the OEM part number in the ad and your VIN# from your vehicle and call the dealership, they will tell you if it will work and, if not, what will. This will save a lot of expense on your part if it doesn’t work. .
 
Q. What does OE or OEM mean?
OE means "Original Equipment" and refers to the original parts included with a new vehicle at the time of purchase. "OEM" stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer".

Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers?
A: USASuperSale’s mission is to deliver great product at great prices...quickly and efficiently. Q: How much is shipping for this item?
A: Shipping and handling rates are dependent upon the size and weight of the product. We use several different shipping companies and each product is evaluated based on the girth, weight and destination of the box. We are doing our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible with the rising cost of fuel, so you may see different options depending on how fast you need and item. We will send you a tracking number once the item is shipped. If and item was shipped USPS or FEDEX Smart Post, please email us for a tracking number. Q: Can I bid if I live outside of the U.S.?
A: WE WILL NOT PAY SHIPPING FOR RETURNS.
