Please read before bidding. By bidding, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Winning bidder, please let us know when you are coming to pick up the item via eBay's messaging system. Our customer service hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM & 1:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, Monday to Friday . We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was given, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller¡¦s discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time.
- All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Buyer is responsible for returning shipping and insurance fee, we will not be held responsible for lost or damage on return shipments. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
- Many of our items do not come with installation instructions, and do require professional installation.
- Feedback: Feedback will be posted automatically once the transaction is completed and buyer has posted positive for us.
- Please make sure your desired shipping address is shown under the "ship to" section on the PayPal Transaction BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT. We will not accept "ship to" address changes by e-mail or by phone.
- All shipping address are double-checked to verify if it is safe to ship. To ensure shipping without delays, please note the following :
- We will not accept payment for physical address shipping, if the address contains a US Post Office Box address. (If you have a P.O. Box or you are located in AK, GU, HI or PR, please use the US postal Service Shipping & Handling rate provided on top.)
- We will not accept any address that is unrecognized by UPS.com, Google Map or FedEx address checker. If address can not be found but confident you will receive shipment, please provide us with a previous UPS/FedEx tracking for verification.
- If buyer chooses not to submit payment with a valid address or provide us a tracking number, we will assume buyer does not want to complete transaction and will file an Unpaid Item Dispute.
- Please do not email us questions to our PayPal email address, we will not be able to respond.
- Questions should be referred to Ask a question link (located under Seller info as upper-right corner of the page). Our business hours are Mon. thru Fri. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. We are closed Sat., Sun. and holidays.
- We are required by California State Law to collect sales tax(San Bernardino County), if the item is shipped to California.
- We only accepy US Paypal Payments. No International Orders, no exceptions.
- Paypal accounts REGISTERED outside the USA will be rejected regardless of USA address available.
An item needs to be returned because of:
* Please do NOT write or mark anything on the outside of box, the box must be kept the original status.*
* We decide the shipping method and carrier for all return shipping to customers.* - We inspect each item before they are shipped. It is buy's responsibility to file a damage claim if your item is damaged upon arrival. A brand new replacement will be sent to you once the shipping carrier approves the claim. - If your package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund can only be sent once the shipping carrier has notified us that the lost in transits claim has been approved.- If the item is returned to us because you provided an incorrect and or incomplete address, or because the package was refused, there will be a 25% restocking fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, subtracted from your refund.Purchases over $250.00 will require a Signature Requestdue to PayPal's seller policy. Please make arrangements for someone to be available to sign. Any unclaimed returns will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. Sorry, no exceptions.
- FITTING ISSUES
- Please contact us via eBay's messaging system. A brief explanation of how the item is not fitting, the VIN number of the vehicle and a digital photo as an illustration must be included within the email. if there was a mistake on our part we will issue a return label at our cost.
- DEFECTIVE
- Please e-mail us immediately if your item is defective upon arrival. We will provide you with the RMA form . We will not accept cases reported after 10 days from the delivery date EXCEPT for items with issues of water condensation for which we extend the manufacture`s warranty for two months only.
- NOT AS ADVERTISED
- Please e-mail us a digital photo of the item that was received. We will issue a free return label if it is a mistake on our part. Once we receive the item back to our facility, we will than ship out the correct item.
- DISLIKE or PLACE WRONG ORDER
- We can accept your request to return the item if you accidentally purchased the wrong product or simply did not like it once it was received. A fair resolution for both parties will be a 25% restocking fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, subtracted from your refund. we will collect 25% plus another 10% restocking fee ( total fee is 35%) for all GENUINE parts returned (Required by OEM manufacture)
