Renthal’s revolutionary handlebar is a large diameter, 1 1/8” (28.6mm) handlebar which utilises two tubes, one within the other, borrowing principles from aircraft design to give the best combination of lightness, strength and safety.
Since their release in 1998, the Twinwall has been the handlebar of choice for more professional race teams and has helped more riders win championships than any other handlebar in the world.

Product Features:

Twinwall construction - Consists of two aluminium alloy tubes one within the other

Outer tube is 7010 T73, which has extreme resistance to mechanical damage and is anodised to prevent corrosion

Inner tube is ultra high strength 7010 T6 Aluminium and is hard anodised to resist wear from twist grip and controls

Rubber seals cover the join to keep out water and cleaning fluids

Laser etched positioning grid

Renthal’s pioneered bonded lightweight single bolt clamping system for the crossbrace, greatly increases strength whilst still allowing flex

Knurling – Grip end only – increases bonding between bar and grip

No knurling in clamp area, this could cause a stress riser and lead to fatigue failure

A specially developed injection moulded crossbar pad is fitted with every handlebar

DELIVERY TIME
Items are shipped within 72 hours once a payment has cleared Paypal, not including weekends or holidays, Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States. Allow 4-30 business days for delivery of International shipments. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
COMBINED SHIPPING
All domestic purchases are automatically combined at checkout. International Orders are automatically combined at checkout with a shipping discount.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use UPS Ground and USPS First Class (if available) and Priority Mail only for all domestic shipments in the lower 48 states. (We no longer ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam because problems with eBay's shipping calculator for these areas)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use only USPS Priority and Express Service when shipping parcels to anywhere other than the USA. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. You must notify us in advance of all returns for authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping costs ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN UNUSED CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. FULL GRAPHICS KITS MUST BE RETURNED. IF YOU HAVE APPLIED ONE GRAPHIC OF A KIT, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN IT..
