INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

**Europe - East includes all countries east of the eastern border of Sweden, Germany, Switzerland and France.

• Products ship the same day if purchased by 11am PST Monday – Friday. Purchases after 11am Friday ship the following Monday.
• FPO-APO must select USPS.
• Shipments over $65 outside the USA must be shipped via Priority Mail International, NOT First Class International.
• We ship to your PayPal address. Verify that your address is correct and written in English before purchase.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price and are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. Check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
• Import laws and restrictions are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
• Plug-in electric devices purchased from us require 110 volts and need a voltage converter to run on 220 volts.

• International First Class tracking information is delayed and will not update after the package leaves the USA until it is delivered to your address. See the shipping tables above for shipping estimates.
  

• We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
• Immediate payment is required at checkout.
• We ship to your listed PayPal address. Please verify that your address is correct and written in English before you purchase.
• Note: Arizona addresses are required to pay 7.8% Sales Tax.

RETURNS

• Returns are permitted within 14 days and must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Contact us if you wish to return an item and to receive our easy to follow return instructions.
• Exchange Defective Item: Buyer pays for return shipping, we pay to Re-Ship the item back to the Buyer.
• Return Unopened Item: Buyer pays for return shipping, we refund you in full for the item.
• Return Opened/Used Item: Buyer pays for return shipping, we refund you for the item, minus a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns must include ALL original packaging materials, instructions and manuals. Do not discard these items until the item has been tested.

Q: Are your electric devices 110v or 220v?
A: Our products are 110 volts and need a voltage converter to run on 220/240 volts.

Q: Are items Brand New in their original packaging?
A: Yes. We sell them to you exactly as they come to us.

Q: Will you accept a lower offer?
