NWT - item is new and has original tags.
NWOT - item is new and has never been worn, but does not have the tags (may have been washed after purchase)
Perfect - item shows no wear, but is pre-owned. May or may not have been previously worn.
Excellent - item is in really nice shape and has been washed more than one time.
Great - shows normal wear of a pre-owned clothing item, has been washed a few times, may have a bit of fading or pilling. (May have been repaired or mended, but nothing obvious or apparent, and will be disclosed in the listing)
Good- shows wear, may have flaws (will be pointed out in listing) but has a lot of life left in it (good piece of clothing to just hang out in, run errands in, etc)

RETURNS:

I will accept returns if there was a gross misrepresentation or error in the listing, and I will pay return shipping and refund your total cost. If the item was $10 or under, keep the item, donate it to charity and I will refund your total cost. If you receive your item and it doesn't fit or you just don't like it, I will accept the return at the buyer's shipping expense, and the buyer will be refunded the cost of the item minus the actual original shipping cost and re-listing fee. *If the item had free shipping, I will deduct the actual shipping cost from the total amount the buyer paid. Please contact me as soon as possible if you decide to return your item(s). If any items are returned, I ask you please accept my request to cancel the transaction so I will receive a credit for the eBay final value fees.
