Important Ordering Information - PLEASE READ!
All Coverking products are made to order and produced at their California facility. Coverking Car Covers have a 2-3 week fabrication time. It is very important you understand this order will not be available to ship for 2-3 weeks after you pay for it. As soon as it is ready, we will ship your order directly from Coverking in California to your door, and provide you a shipment tracking number.

When you checkout, please provide us with your vehicle's year, make, and model. We like to double check everything is correct for you before we have your covers custom made! Add as a Paypal note or contact us via eBay after checkout.
When necessary, we will contact you for further information on your exact vehicle model and details to make sure you receive the perfect custom car cover.

NOTE: We carry all of the 2012 and 2013 models for all vehicles. However, the eBay listing system does not yet have all 2012 and 2013 models listed.

Water Resistance Water Resistance is a relativegrade of how much water will penetrate the fabric. A "5" signifies the most water resistant material. WATERPROOF materials will not breathe, trapping moisture. All Coverking materials are water resistant, not waterproof.	UV Resistance The Sun's UV Rays damage a vehicle's interior, finish, and also the car cover material. Materials with a "5" rating are most likely not to degrade under extreme sun conditions.	Breathability Breathability describes how much moisture vapor trapped under the vehicle can escape through the cover. If a material is not breathable, it will trap moisture and cause rust. A "5" signifies the most breathable material.

Natural and Man-Made Hazards Natural and Man-Made Hazards such as bird droppings, tree droppings and industrial fall out are very acidic, and can eat through a car's finish. A score of "5" identifies the material most resistant to these dangerous chemicals.		Compactness Compactness measures how easily the material is to pack, and how small the final packed cover is. A score of "5" identifies the most compact cover. This is an important attribute if you will use your cover often. to		Softness All Cover King materials are designed not to scratch a vehicle's finish (assuming the vehicle is clean when the cover is installed. However, some materials are softer than others. A "5" rating is the softest.

Pattern Fit and Design
Car Covers use a lot of material, - 30 yards is common for most vehicles. In an effort to save material, some car cover manufactures use patterns which are “chopped up” into small pieces, and sewn together creating a patchwork effect. This method saves more than 20% of total material use, but results in car covers which look like patchwork quilts – seams everywhere. By having extra seams, risks of seam failures and seam leakage increase. In addition, the car cover looses its custom look and resembles a universal cover. Coverking has never compromised the function or fit of its Custom Car Covers to save a few yards of fabric.

Construction
Coverking Custom Car Covers are designed and cut on sophisticated CAD/CAM systems, which Coverking pioneered twenty years ago. All outdoor Coverking Custom Car Covers are sewn using double needle and overlapped seams, resulting in a durable, leak resistant seam which has a backup stitch if the main stitch fails. Coverking Silverguard+ is a great cover for indoor use as well as outdoors when it is dry. Keep in mind if it becomes wet you will need to remove the cover and let it dry. If you need a cover for wet outdoor conditions we offer those as well, please see the chart below to help you purchase the perfect cover for your needs. Coverking Silverguard + is also very soft and works great on expensive paint jobs. Coverking Custom Car Covers have neoprene elastic tensioners sewn in the front and rear of every cover. Protection grommets for the optional security kit are sewn in the sides and covered, so as not to be visible when the car cover is covering a vehicle. All outdoor Custom Car Covers are sewn with heavy, wax coated thread. The thin coating of wax helps to seal the fabric where the needle pierced through, reducing the chance of leakage through the seam.

About This Item
All Coverking products are 100% custom made in California to fit your exact vehicle. All Coverking products require 2-3 weeks to be manufactured from the date you pay for your order and have confirmed your vehicle and color choice.

Shipping
FREE UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, at our discretion, to all of our continental US customers.
We have flat and affordable shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada, and over 200 countries! Outside of the 48 continental US states, we virtually always ship US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or FedEx International Economy. We do reserve the right to ship via another method at our discretion.

Shipping Time
All Coverking products require 2-3 weeks to be custom made in the Coverking facility in California. We then ship directly from Coverking to your door for all of our US continental customers. We will provide you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order from Coverking. Normal transit time is 1-4 business days depending on how far you are from California.

For our customers in Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and all international shipments, we sometimes must ship to our warehouse in Texas first. This requires an extra 3-4 business days from Coverking to us. We then ship to your from our Texas warehouse within 1 business day of receiving the product from Coverking, and provide you a tracking number.

Payment
We accept payment through Paypal. This allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!
When you pay, please include a Paypal Note. Tell us the year, make, and model of your vehicle. Tell us what color you want as we described above (for car covers that have multiple color options). Tell us any options you want such as a drawstring bag or cable lock kit. This will speed up your ordering process!

Warranty
All Coverking products come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. In the rare event you have any issues with your Coverking item, please contact us and we will be happy to facilitate the warranty process and help you through it.

Returns
If you receive the incorrect product then there will be no costs to you. We will cover all of the expenses of getting you the correct product you ordered into your hands. If you are returning a correct product because you have changed your mind for any reason, we do accept the return. However, on all Coverking products, please understand these are custom made to your vehicle in the color of your choice. All Coverking returns must be in 100% new, factory condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, as we must return your product to Coverking and they charge us as well. You are responsible for the shipping cost to us in the event of a return.

Feedback
We expect to earn POSITIVE feedback from you. We expect to earn FIVE STAR ratings from you. If you have had a NEGATIVE experience with us for any reason, please contact us BEFORE you leave feedback. We will do everything possible to remedy anything that has gone wrong and make you happy!

Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their bid; a refund in full will be issued. We refuse to service Paypal unconfirmed shipping addresses to prevent fraud on eBay. We do this at the recommendation of both Paypal and eBay. We are following their policies on how to best protect both us, the seller, and you the buyer.
