THIS IS A VINTAGE SCRAPING TOOL.  I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY A COUPLE PEOPLE THAT IT IS A GASKET SCRAPER.  MOST OF THE ONES I HAVE SEEN ARE SUBSTANTIALLY SMALLER BUT I DO NOT KNOW ANY BETTER SO THAT IS WHAT I WILL ADVERTISE IT AS.  IT IS 17 INCHES LONG AND 4 INCHES WIDE. IT IS A BIT RUSTY AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS AND COULD USE A BIT OF SHARPENING ON THE EDGES BUT SUSPECT IT WOULD WORK FOR EVEN REMOVING FLOOR OR WALL TILE.  GIVE IT A TRY.
