Thanks for your interest in my Auction This is an essential tool for all owners of single sided swing arm Ducati models. If you want your bike to handle as well as Ducati intended you must set the ride height periodically and especially after adjusting the chain. This is the tool you need to set the ride height as Ducati recommend and is equivalent to tool # 699.2.063.1A. You’re looking at a new RIDE HEIGHT ADJUSTER tool, or as Ducati call it a "GEOMETARY ADJUSTMENT KIT" that will fit ALL single sided swing arm models. This tool is 530mm long and is made from carbon steel so it will not bend or sag while you are setting up the correct ride height. The tool has a black protective coating. Set up instructions are contained in this listing giving both front and rear height specifications. The tool is simple to use by fitting into the rear frame tubes. Lugs on the tool are adjusted to tighten the tool to the bike. You then measure the correct distance from the top of the tool vertically through to the center of the rear axle. Don't forget to get a chain adjuster tool from our store, and to get the best possible handling why not upgrade your head stock to tapered bearings and install with our eccentric steering stem tools.
