Our Policy: Payments must be received within ten (10) days after purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to buyers with negative feedback. For fastest shipment, please use PayPal (most items ship within 24 business hours of receiving payment). Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance cost listed (free shipping listings is for within the U.S. only). Shipping outside of the U.S. is a higher fixed shipping rate. Email us prior to purchasing for a shipping quote to your country. Any and all fees (customs, brokerage, etc) charged at time of delivery for items shipped outside of the U.S. is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All items are shipped insured and we guarantee the item as described. If we misrepresent the item or an incorrect item is received, customer has 5 days to contact us for a return. Item must be received in same package and in same condition as shipped. We will refund total payment including shipping charges once received as stated. At our discretion/acceptance all other returns will be as follows: Customer returns item in same package and in same condition as shipped, payment refunded - deducting 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Customer has 30 days to inspect item for damage, missing parts, etc. After 30 days, the sale is final and no returns or damage claims will be accepted. Louisiana residents must pay 9.25% sales tax.
