Shipping
Items will usually ship within 1 business day after payment has cleared. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the item will ship the next business day.
I use various shipping carriers to keep costs down. Most items will be shipped UPS Ground, USPS, or OnTrac which is a Western U.S. ground carrier. All carriers provide tracking numbers so you will be able to track your package. The time it takes an item to reach you will vary by location. If you need an item by a certain date please contact me to upgrade to urgent shipping, the price for upgraded shipping will vary depending on your location.
I will upload tracking information as soon as it is available to me from the shipping carrier. Sometimes an item will be shipped out before it has been marked as shipped.
Due to the use of various carriers I CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOX’s. Please have a current and correct physical address in your eBay profile

I ship most items First Class International shipping which can take up to 8 weeks for delivery and is not trackable or refundable. If you want trackable shipping, please e-mail me so I can give you a quote for Priority Mail International.
Item Availability
In order to keep prices down, some items will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. I try to keep accurate inventory availability but will sometimes run into a situation, beyond my control, where an item is not available. Should the item you purchase not be available, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED in full. I will send you a Transaction Cancellation Request. Please accept the request to cancel the order. Again, this will only happen in the rare circumstance that an item is not available.
Terms of Sale
Item returns will be accepted within 14 days, buyer is to pay return shipping fees. Please contact me if you wish to return an item so I can get an RMA created for you. This will speed up the processing of your return so you can be credited in a timely manner. If there are any defects or damages the buyer may be charged a re-stocking fee based on the condition of the item.
Buyers in Utah will be charged 6.5% sales tax.
