International Buyers customs duty and shipping expectations

1. Customs on international orders are the buyers responsibility. We do not mark items as gifts. We do not reduce the value on the customs form to reduce or avoid customs duty.

2. International shipments may take from 1 to 6 weeks to get to you depending on location and customs hold. Please do not buy if you don't agree to this shipping time frame. Whether you have received other goods from the usa within a shorter period in the past does not matter. Customs hold can vary between goods of different types and values. (In short don't expect to receive your item within 1 week just because it has happened in the past)

3. The tracking information on the usps website may not update for several days or weeks for international orders. This does not mean that we haven't shipped your item. If your tracking number shows that your item is in Florida for several days it just means that's the last point where it was scanned. Please be patient if additional information is not available on the usps website. Once we send you a tracking number it means that your item has been shipped regardless of what the usps website shows
