GT-45 Turbocharger is a larger turbo capable of generating 700+ hp, depending on application and with the correct tuning. The GT-45 can handle a peak boost of 25-35 psi. The GT-45 is generally used for larger displacement engines of 3.0L and up, since these types of engines can produce enough exhaust volume to push the GT-45.

50MM Wastegates are bolted to exhaust manifold or header. The advantage of external Wastegates is that the bypassed flow can be reintroduced into the exhaust stream further downstream of the turbine. This tends to improve the turbine’s performance.
