If you send an item back due to incorrect shipment or defectiveness, we will reimburse shipping charges for ground or priority. We will not be responsible for Air or Express services. Please contact us if you need to return a part so we can get you an RAN#.
::: You must include the packing slip or a copy of your invoice and a note advising us of the reason for the return and RAN#. If you do not have either the packing slip or invoice, the return process may be delayed. Please contact our customer service department for return authorization and instructions, and we will arrange for the return.

If our steps are not followed, a refund will be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of any missing items. In order to cancel an order on a winning bid, the buyer must leave positive feedback with 5s DSR rating and we will simply send you a cancellation form to fill out. We know mistakes happen. If items are not cancelled properly, a non-paying bidder dispute may be opened on the buyer's account.
