If purchasing multiple numbers of the same item, simply click on shipping & payments tab to see how much we charge for each additional item.
If purchasing multiple DIFFERENT items, shipping charges will be automatically calculated by our eBay flat shipping discount rate. This is calculated by taking the item with the highest shipping charge. Then all the other items will be discounted 75% of their respective listed shipping charge.
Example:
Item 1 shipping: $5.00
Items 2 shipping: $4.00
Shipping will be figured as $5.00 + $1.00 (25% of $4.00) = $6.00 total.
Also, we understand that shipping could still get out of hand with this feature. We do ship the cheapest way we can. If we find that we are able to ship your particular order for a lot less than what eBay quotes, then we will issue a credit back to your paypal account.
Payment
As Per Ebay's Rules, we accept Paypal only.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect 6.5% Sales Tax on all purchases in the state of Illinois. This will automatically be added to your total if you are a resident.
Returns
We do accept returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. If you are unhappy with your item, you can send it back for a refund of the item purchase amount. Please read below for further details. Please contact prior to sending any item back, so that we are aware of the situation.
Any item returned that was listed with FREE Shipping will incur a 25% restocking fee. This amount will be figured from the total sale of the item being returned, and will be withheld from the refund amount when we receive the item. This helps us recoup the funds that we spent shipping the item originally, and fees taken from us by ebay and paypal.
Any item returned that was listed with a charged shipping amount will be refunded the amount of the item only.
Any items broken or damaged by user error or other means out of our control are non-refundable. We take these matters on a case by case basis, and determine what can be done to please the customer. Please contact us if you have a problem, and we will do our best to correct it.
