Programming:

Cutting and programming is required for this remote head key to work for your vehicle.

This unit will need to be programmed via your local locksmith or VW dealer. This is a 3 step process.

You will need to have

1. A NEW blade cut,

2. the immoblizer chip programmed,

3. & the remote programmed.

You will only be able to program the remote yourself if you

currently have 2 working keys.

As a last resort – we recommend a local car dealer-

they will not always program it for you though and typically are

more expensive.

A NEW KEY BLADE MUST BE PURCHASED AND CUT FOR YOUR CAR REPLACING THE KEY BLADE WITH THIS REMOTE.
