- We only allow return for damaged or defective items.
- Buyer is required to keep the original package(s) and box(es) for claims
- Damage claims must be filled within 3 days after receiving the package.
- Buyer must notify us within 7 days for defective units. For item exchange, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

All returns must be approved by email before you ship any item back to us. if you ship an item back to us without emailing us prior to shipping the package will be refused & returned to you. - If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.
