The main hole in the bottom of the gear knob have a 14mm diameter ~ (9/16"). The 3 rubber sleeves provided in the box have diferent thickness that allow to change the inner diameter of the hole.

So in the metric system we got: In the imperial system we got:

the 1mm thick will convert the 14mm hole to 12mm

the 2mm thick will convert the 14mm hole to 10mm

the 3mm thick will convert the 14mm hole to 08mm

the 1/25" thick will convert the 9/16" hole to 1/2"

the 1/12" thick will convert the 9/16" hole to 3/8"

the 1/8" thick will convert the 9/16" hole to 5/16"

Don't worry about the pitch or diameter of your gear shaft/lever, use the sleeve that fits the better (the one that stays more tight and give a better grip). Because the sleeves are made of rubber there is always a buffer to adapt do near diameter sizes.
In the back of the skull there is a 6mm thread hole wtih a black grub screw. This will give a final tight to lock firmly the shaft to the knob (using the provided allen key).

This high detail model, The "Open Brain" syle have a real engrave texture of an open skull with a part of the brain onsight, the base color of the gear knob is yellow/beige with dark shadows.

Fitting instructions:

Just follow this 3 easy steps

1) Insert the best sleave in the Gear Knob (the one that will fit the shaft more tight). the best orientation to insert the sleve is facing forward the open side of the sleave.

2) Insert the Gear Knob in the shaft. Make sure that at least 15mm of the shaft goes inside the gear knob.

3) Finaly using the provided allen key give a small tight on the grub screw (already fitted in the back of the Gear Knob)

All colors and clear coats (either gloss or matt) were given using top quality automotive professional materials, they are all weather and UV resistant. peel off is not an issue.

Shipping Information
The Gear Knobs are shipped from Portugal, you will receive your gear knob wrapped in air buble plastic on cardboad box. Delivery time is around 3~8 business days to most Europe countries (to UK usualy 5 working days).

Please understand that the P&P costs is not just the price of a stamp, packing material, registed service with tracking number, shipping cost to reach the post-office must also be taken in consideration.
All Gear knobs on sale are in stock, usualy they are dispached the next day after clear payment has been received. Personalized gear knob take about 3~4 working days to complete plus the delivery time.

Feedback and return policy
Don't like the color? fiting problems ? Returns are accepted within 7 days of your receipt, as long as the Gear knob is returnd in good condition (this include the screw and the allen key, the rubber sleeves are acceptable even if they were marked during an installation).

To return your item you must contact me, buyers have to pay for the return cost .
