PAYMENT

• PayPal is the preferred payment method because it is quickest and safest for both the buyer and seller.
• Payment is due in full within a period of 7 days.
• eChecks can take up to 2 weeks to clear, please initiate them as soon as possible. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to the length of clearance.
• If 7 days have passed and contact has not been made to make other payment arrangements, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay so we can be reimbursed for our listing fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• At this time, we are unable to accept returns, thank you for understanding.
• Please make sure to read the listing in full before bidding or "Buying It Now".
• In the event that an item does not reach it's destination, we give our buyers the option to receive a refund or be sent a replacement.

FEEDBACK

• A feedback rating lets us know that the item has been received and our transaction is complete.
• Feedback is appreciated and will be automatically generated to our buyers after it has been left for us.
• If for some reason a buyer feels a poor rating needs to be left, it would be best to contact us before this is done so we can try to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING

• We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service.
• For a combined shipping discount on multiple items, you must request an invoice or wait for an updated one to be sent after all desired items are won.
• We will ship items within 72 hours upon receipt of payment.
• We do not ship on weekends. If any item is paid for on a Friday after 3PM PST, the item will ship the following Monday.
• If for any reason a package is returned to us because of a non-deliverable or incorrect address, it is completely the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the package to be re-shipped to a correct address. Please make sure all PayPal and eBay addresses match and are up-to-date. We will not ship to anything other than what is provided to us by PayPal and eBay.
• Postal charges are clearly shown within our listings. Please keep in mind that this fee includes more than the price of a stamp - the s/h price includes cost of distributions, handling time, packaging materials and actual costs involved to dispatch your order. If you bid/buy, it is assumed you have agreed to our sales terms.

[DOMESTIC ORDERS]

• Packages to the US and Puerto Rico are typically shipped through USPS First Class which can take up to 2 weeks, or more, in some areas.
• All items that are over the weight for First Class will be shipped Priority which has a transit time of 3-5 days.
• Oversized, very heavy or multiple items will be shipped USPS Parcel Post which is extremely slow but less costly than Priority.
• Books, DVDs/VHS, and CDs will ship Media Mail.
• A Delivery Confirmation is included with every order.

[INTERNATIONAL ORDERS]

• All items going outside the US will be shipped First Class International. The weight limit for this method is 4 pounds. Anything heavier must be shipped International Priority which is usually over $40.
• We do not mark items as "gift", we mark them as "merchandise". The value that will be stated does not include the s/h fee because it is not part of the item's price.
• All international customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  
  We are not the USPS and would like to emphasize that sellers, nor anyone on eBay, can control how the USPS conducts their business. We are not responsible for service transit times (how quickly the post office gets your package to your door) and we should be not be marked down on eBay's Detailed Seller Ratings for Shipping Time. What eBay quotes as an estimated arrival date is incorrect. eBay is not the post office. Their information should be ignored.
