NOS (new old stock) Lowrance LSM-3 Depth Sounder Module.  As near as I can tell these were used in Four Winns boats (and possibly others) in the mid to late 90's to drive the in dash depth sounder system.  These are new replacements.  See pictures for details and close ups of the plugs.
