We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 3 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout! |

Payment
We accept the following forms of payment.
Payment is requested within 5 days of order. If no payment is made within this time frame, your order will be canceled and a case will be opened, unless arrangements are made in advance.
A restocking fee (15% of item value) will be charged on all items returned without cause or found to be fully functional.

Sales Tax
For shipments to Illinois addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6.75% Sales Tax.

Shipping
- All items will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class Mail or FedEx Ground. Combined shipping available for customers with more than one item purchased .
- Shipping rates listed are for the Lower 48 States Only! We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, but those residents MUST contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. If no contact is made, your payment will be refunded and the transaction will be cancelled. NO shipments outside of North America.
- Beginning October 1st, 2012, we will implement a policy for
you that should make it very convenient for you and us. We are only going
to accept payment through Paypal for our local customers. We will no
longer accept checks. We would also like for you to allow us 24 hours to
process your order and deliver it to the showroom in the north end of Zink
Building Center. That will be 24 hours from the time of your payment, not
the end of the auction.
