DETAILS

This radio was taken out of a vehicle with very low miles. There are no problems with the radio. It was merely part of a navigation upgrade. It is a factory original OEM GM radio, not a reproduction. The picture shows a camera flash reflection on the lens. That's not a giant scuff. In fact, it's a file photo. The unit you get will be used but in nice condition.

There is a mini USB port on the back of the radio. It can be converted to standard USB with a basic adapter cable. (We sell them. Email for details.) Once converted to standard USB, you can plug in a USB thumb drive and play MP3 songs off it over your radio.

This radio, like all the new GM radios, is designed to work in conjunction with your vehicle's computer. Consequently, you will need your dealer to program the computer after the radio is installed in your vehicle.

The warranty covers all functional problems. If you make a claim, we will repair the unit, if possible. If not, we will replace it. If we are out, we'll refund your money. (This is all assuming it is in the same condition it left here in.) If you refuse to accept a repaired/replacement radio, 15% will be withheld from your refund to cover expenses. Shipping is also non-refundable. If you don't like these conditions, you have the option of not purchasing from us. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the item and your zip code. Ebay's shipping calculator does the figuring, not us. For US orders, we include a modest $.50 handling fee to cover packaging. If you feel the eBay shipping calculation is high, you might be underestimating the package weight and/or current shipping costs from our zip code to yours. Please don't ding us for shipping cost in the ratings, as we have no control over ever-increasing carrier rates.
A tracking number will be provided. This will typically be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment. If it hasn't been AT LEAST two FULL weekdays since we received your payment, please be patient. It WILL be sent. Please also check your junkmail filters and trash folder BEFORE you assume we haven't sent it...
A signature is not required for delivery of your package. If you are not home to receive it, it will most likely be left at your door. We will email your tracking number shortly after your package has been sent. Please monitor it's progress and arrange to collect it when it arrives.
