1. We accept Paypal only, PayPal e-check will be held up to 7-10 business days before shipping.
2. 7.00% sales tax is applied to all orders paid from or shipped to Florida.
3. Please checkout only after all your auctions have ended.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will only ship to the address listed/tied to the Paypal payment. Due
to the security reasons, we do not allow the address change through the
email after the payment is received.
2. If you are interested in
multiple items from our other auctions, please feel free to email us
about combine shipping and handling fees & we will be happy to take
care of it for you.
3. All packages are shipped either via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Shipping discounts are available when possible. The shipping cost for
this item is located at the top of the page & apply to the lower 48
states only. HI, PR & AK, please email for shipping to you.
RETURN POLICY
1.
Himni Racing offers a 100% Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee! If the auction
item you have ordered is defective, incorrect, damaged, etc., please
contact us within 30 days of receiving your item & we will be more
than happy to take care of the issue for you. In the event a suitable
replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the
original payment method. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping
costs.
2. All returns for exchange, replacement, or refund must be
sent with our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number & must
get our authorization before any returns are excepted. This will help us
to process the return faster & avoid any misunderstandings. Please
make sure to email us with any problems immediately after receipt of
item(s).
3. Processing time for returns and exchanges is approximately 7 business days, depending.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any Undeliverable, Recipient
Not Available, Returned, Refused unauthorized or etc. items. Therefore,
please make sure you provide the correct shipping address to us with
your PayPal payment. In addition, if the item is returned with signs of
use (scratches, nicks, or any marks, etc.) or any reason other than
manufacturer defect (ex. don't like the product), the 20% restocking fee
will also be applied.
5. In the case of refund, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please email with any questions you may have BEFORE bidding. We try to
answer all emails within 1-2 business days. All items are continually
re-listed. If we are unable to answer your question before the current
listing ends, another auction will be available.
3. All auction winners will receive an email notification with an invoice within 24-48 hours of the auction ending.

Payment must be received within 7 days after buying/bidding/winning the
item(s). Non paying customers are will receive an unpaid item dispute.
Do not buy/bid without paying.
5. We reserve the right to cancel bids
from suspected bidders with zero or negative feedbacks or refuse a
transaction for any reason.
6. All items are normally in stock &
ready to ship. However, in the rare event of high demand, short supply,
back orders (B/O) or human error, an item is never 100% guaranteed in
stock at all times. If this happens you will be notified and given the
option to either cancel for a full refund or wait for the item to become
available for shipping again.
