    Track Your Package: Tracking information will be Emailed to you, placed in the Ebay transaction page as well as put in your PayPal transaction page when the item is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the number to become active. USPS has been re-issuing tracking information and the number may show to have already been delivered until re-activated. International orders will have a 1 to 5 business day handling time.

    We will normally ship all orders within 1-4 business days once payment has been verified. Pazzo Levers normally ship within 4 business days once colors and lever length are verified and payment has cleared.

    Exchanges: Buyer is responsible for shipping the item to us as well as the shipping cost for the new item.

    Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items or any items without the tags will not be accepted. Please, do not ship an item only in its original manufacturers packaging.
