Important details about shipping, payment and returns

Payments are to be made immediately on “Buy it now” purchases and within 7 days on winning Bid, unless you contact us first for an exception. Many items are returnable because a buyer may want to inspect them and make a decision about size, fit, quality of operation, etc. Return shipping is then paid by the buyer. Items can only be returned in original packaging. If the item is sealed new it cannot be opened and then returned (unless defective from factory). We allow you to return many items if they are not what you expected. Any defective or misstated item can be returned unless it specifically says that it is “for parts or repair only” or the defect is included and accurately described in the Ebay page copy prior to the sale. If you feel an item has been (accidentally) misrepresented we can cover the return postage – just let us know and we will work to get it corrected and returned if necessary. Quality Assurance is important. All shipments/items are viewed or tested and operative prior to shipping, some items cannot be opened and tested due to sealed package. Most items are actual photos. If a defective or hard to understand item should arrive please contact us prior to providing feedback to Ebay – we can normally correct the problem or provide some means to clear up the issue.

Shipping is only to contiguous 48 states in USA for the prices listed – if you want shipping to Overseas, US Protectorates, Alaska or Hawaii shipping my vary and be a bit higher so check with us if you are not sure. Items are normally shipped as tracked, USPS, in a padded box or package to reduce the chance of transit damage. Recycled outer packaging is used where possible on many used items to reduce costs and conserve environmental resources. Purchases are shipped within 3 business days of payment (typically less).
