The reference part # is FAB-15674-A.
This is a nice used original convertible top switch knob for 1952/6 Mercury Convertible models.
It has some wear and minor scratches from usage, but could easily be re-chromed if you want concours show quality. It includes the little set screw as shown.
This is a hard piece to find; the only one I’ve ever had in 34 years of buying.
