As is Items Terms: The buyer therefore takes the item(s) at his or her own risk, without recourse against the seller for their condition or performance. I do my best to accurately describe items however, if an item is listed as is it falls under these terms.
Payment is only accepted via PayPal. Payment is due within 7 days of auctions closing. This does not apply to Buy it Now items (payment due immediately) or Best Offer items (payment due within 48 hours). If payment is not received within 7 days of the AUCTION closing or Best offer accepted, this will be taken that you are not interested in this item, order will be cancelled and re-listed. After 4 days an unpaid item case will be opened automatically through EBAY’s unpaid item assistant and closed on the 7th day. I am charged a final value fee even when you win the auction; buy it now item or best offer items if you do not pay.

Shipping: I only ship to the United States with free shipping. If you wish to purchase an item for shipment outside of the United States it the responsibility of the BUYER to contact me prior to purchasing for a shipping estimate. Shipping estimates are only an ESTIMATE and maybe more upon shipping. Items weighing over 5 pounds will not be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All addresses must be PayPal confirmed.
Feedback: Upon receipt of your item if you have any questions or concerns please contact me prior to leaving feedback as POSITIVE feedback is very important to me. I will do my best to have a resolution.
Returns: All sales final. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to provide a Paypal verified address. If the item is returned to me as a result of improper address, improper name etc. you will be charged a reshipping fee.
