- How much is shipping and handling (S&H)? Most items we offer FREE SHIPPING. If otherwise, the shipping & handling costs will be clearly noted on the auction item page.
- Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
- All orders are usually processed within 12 hours of payment, you will receive tracking information via email when your item is processed. Processed orders cannot request any address change.
- Shipping quoted is for the 48 US contiguous states only! Please inquire for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, before bidding or buying as we do not ship all items there and shipping is usually much higher!
- We do not ship to PO or APO boxes.

Warranty & Return Policy
- All our products come with a 14 Days Warranty, unless stated otherwise.
- For items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival), or Broken on Arrival, you will have 3 days to file a claim from the date of delivery.
- IF ITEMS DO ARRIVE DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so a replacement part can be send right away.
- If you wish for a return or exchange, all Item(s) must acquire a RMA within 3 days of delivery date. After RMA is obtained items must be returned within 11 days.
- If you purchase our items and are not satisfied, you can return them within 14 days from your delivery arrival date for a refund. The item must be sent back in it's original condition, NO PARTIAL RETURNS are offered.
- Buyers ARE RESPONSIBLE to pay for all return shipping charges.
- Our refunds are less any original shipping & handling listed in the auction. This does not apply to FREE SHIPPING items.
