Payment types accepted:
We accept PayPal for all eBay transactions. In addition, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. This applies to all items except certain “Buy It Now” auctions, which may require payment via PayPal at the time of purchase.
For any non-PayPal transactions, please call us or send an email and we will contact you with further instructions. Please note that with checks (personal or otherwise) we will typically hold shipment for ten (10) business days to allow time for the funds to clear.
Note that, for security reasons, it is necessary for the shipping and billing addresses to be the same for all PayPal and credit card orders. If you are purchasing an item with the intent to ship to another location, we recommend payment via check.
Shipping methods and costs:
We ship via UPS Ground for most domestic orders. In some cases, usually for smaller items, we ship USPS. The shipping rates are variable, and can be calculated from within the auction itself. For international orders, we ship outside the continental US to Canada and Mexico as well using variable rates, depending on the actual shipping costs. Please contact us prior to the end of auction for any specific shipping questions you nay have. Combined shipping is available. Please call or email for specific pricing prior to making payment.
Shipping time frames:
All eBay items are either in stock in our warehouse or available via our national warehouses at the time of the item’s listing. In stock items will ship within one or two business days. If the item will take longer, it will be indicated on our handling times that are listed in the individual auction.
Sales tax:
We are required by law to collect sales tax for customers within the state of Ohio. Currently, this rate is 7%. For all shipments to other areas we do not charge sales tax.
Warranties and guarantees:
All Mopar Parts & Accessories (except Mopar Performance parts) are covered by Mopar’s 12 month / Unlimited Mileage Warranty, and can be serviced any Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep Dealer with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
Return and refund policies:
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all purchases. Refunds are credited as soon as the part is returned to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return freight and insurance costs incurred in returning the item to our shop.
