Measures about 9.5" wide by 8" tall. It includes four mounting screws for any sissy bar and is easy to mount on. How to mount: You would use a hand drill and supplied wood screws to attach the backrest pad onto the sissy bar. You would also need a back plate of some sort. No pre-drilled holes on the back side of the pad.
