After payment is received most items will ship within 24 hours. We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as the item has shipped. Shipping outside the Continental United States will have an additional cost.

If you happen to receive an item that is defective please contact us immediately and we will work on getting a replacement for you as long as it is within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days all warranties are covered directly with the manufacturer. You must have all packing materials for this return. All shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
