EN-47836 Piston Ring Compressor

EN-47836 is a conical ring compressor used to guide the piston into the cylinder sleeve during piston installation. Due to the tight clearance between the piston and the cylinder wall, commercially available band-style compressors cannot be used, because they have a very high probability of scratching the piston or damaging the rings.

EN-47701 allows for greatly improved piston installation into the cylinder block through a unique design that compresses the rings during installation of piston at a controlled rate and will not cause the piston to bind in the compressor.
